On 15 April 2026, Doug Liman wrapped principal photography on Bitcoin: Killing Satoshi — a globe-trotting thriller starring Casey Affleck, Gal Gadot, Pete Davidson, and Isla Fisher. Shot inside a London soundstage described by the trade press as "a gray box that could have passed for a storage facility." Twenty days of real photography, thirty weeks of AI post-production at Acme AI & FX.

Budget: $70 million. Down from an original $300M.

That is a 4.3x cost collapse on a single production. It was achieved with the same generative video tools any of us can access today. Liman has redrawn the cost floor of a feature film — and he did it on a Bitcoin story Hollywood could not greenlight through the normal channels.

bMovies is what happens when you push that floor all the way down to $0.99.

bmovies.online — our submission to the BSV Association's Open Run Agentic Pay hackathon. Live in public beta on mainnet since 17 April 2026.

Public Beta — We Need Testers

bMovies is live. It is not a prototype, not a sandbox, not a demo video. Every transaction on the platform is a real Bitcoin SV mainnet broadcast and every token is a real BSV-21 inscription you can take off the platform and trade on 1sat.market. What it isn't yet is battle-tested at scale, and that is where you come in.

We are actively recruiting enthusiastic testers — writers, directors, BSV holders, film fans, and agentic-pay tinkerers — to commission films, list shares, back pitches, publish features, and break things in novel ways so we can fix them before the platform graduates out of beta. Early testers get:

  • Three free $0.99 pitch commissions via the /commission.html?judge=BSVA2026 coupon while it's still open
  • First access to trailer-tier and short-tier discounts as they roll out
  • A free branded studio for the first 50 testers to sign up — a fully set-up AI film studio with your chosen studio name, a custom-generated studio logo, a full eight-agent crew (director, cinematographer, editor, producer, composer, writer, storyboard, sound design), a listing on bmovies.online/studios.html, and a dedicated workbench at /account ready to commission films under your brand. KYC required to tokenise the studio itself, list its own BSV-21 studio token on the exchange, and take it fully live for public investment — because the moment your studio's own shares are tradeable, it crosses a securities boundary and both sides of the transaction have to be identity-verified. No KYC needed to run the studio, commission pitches, or produce trailers.

Sign in with email, Google, or a BRC-100 wallet. If the pipeline chokes, if a payment rail misfires, if a royalty payout looks off — tell us. That is the trade. We ship fast, you find bugs, your BSV-21 token gets airdropped.

What bMovies Is

Pump.fun for movie moguls in the AI age. That is the elevator pitch and we are going to live with it.

You land on bmovies.online. You commission a film idea for $0.99. A BSV-21 royalty token mints on Bitcoin SV mainnet within sixty seconds — 1 billion supply, 99% to you, 1% to the platform. You get a one-line logline, a synopsis, character portraits, location stills, storyboard frames, and a movie poster — fifteen deliverables in three minutes flat, all generated by a Grok-powered agent swarm running on our infrastructure.

That is tier one of four. Every tier reuses the same token. Every upgrade rolls into the same cap table. The token does not fork — the film grows.

TierCostWhat you getTypical raise
Pitch$0.9915 artefacts + token + poster—
Trailer$9.99+ 32-second AI-generated trailerlist 10% at $9.99
Short$99+ full 2-minute short with scene-by-scene generationlist 10% at $99
Feature$999+ full 28-step pipeline, 30+ artefacts, director's cut, trailer, poster, EPK, investor decklist 10% at $999

You can enter at any tier. You can climb the ladder by raising capital from your audience between tiers. Every upgrade issues fresh shares into the same royalty token, priced on a bonding curve, sold to the people who want the film to exist.

When the feature ships, audiences pay $2.99 per watch. 99% of every ticket fans out on-chain, pro-rata, to every token holder in a single BSV transaction with N+1 outputs. One ticket, one transaction, every holder paid. The platform keeps 1%.

No custodian. No Patreon middleman. No Substack 12% fee. Bitcoin SV's sub-penny transaction costs are the only reason this loop can exist at all — on Ethereum or Solana the gas would eat the payout.

What the Pipeline Actually Ships

Every commissioned pitch comes out the other side of our 28-step swarm with a fully rendered poster and a package of artefacts that would take a junior studio team weeks. Here are four real posters from the live catalogue, all generated at the pitch tier for $0.99 apiece:

Silverfish in the Cathedral The Clockmakers Daughter The Last Lighthouse Pale Horse, Iron Sky

Every poster ships with a BSV-21 token already live on mainnet, a bonding-curve listing ready to open, and a catalogue page waiting at /film.html?id=.... The commissioner decides whether to keep the whole token, open a 10% tranche at $9.99 to fund a trailer, or stop at the pitch and hold as a stamped piece of IP.

The Market Is Enormous and Nobody Else Is Serving It

Three data points.

TikTok, Reels, and Shorts consume short-form video at a rate no studio can feed. Around 1 billion users across the three platforms. Billions of views per day. Viewer expectation of constant fresh vertical video. Generative video just became cheap enough to fill that pipe. Every bMovies commission ships a TikTok-native 15-second cut auto-generated from the trailer. Demand for this is effectively unlimited.

The UK indie film pipeline rejects 98% of screenplays. BFI, Creative England, Screen Scotland, Ffilm Cymru, and NI Screen collectively disburse about £100M a year across fewer than 400 greenlit projects. Roughly 16,000 UK freelance screenwriters and directors fight for those slots. bMovies does not replace BFI cinema — it replaces the drawer full of unmade binders. $0.99 to commit one to film.

Hollywood is a ~$95B/year global funnel that chooses a few hundred stories to amplify and silences everything else. Every laid-off film crew, every whistleblower narrative that touches an advertiser, every director in Tehran or Gaza or Caracas whose story cannot survive a studio note — they are all locked out of a system that will not flex. Their combined latent output is the real TAM.

Pump.fun did approximately $700M in revenue in 2024 selling memecoin curves with nothing behind them. bMovies is the same primitive — pay $X, get a token, it might go up, you can sell — applied to films, with real deliverables behind every token, a real content economy that keeps paying holders long after the launch, and BSV's fee structure as a competitive moat that no other chain can replicate at this cost.

We are not building a BFI competitor. We are building the $0.99 floor of the creative-IP economy, on the only chain where the economics work.

Agentic Commissioning — The x402 Wedge

The BSVA hackathon was specifically looking for Open Run Agentic Pay submissions — payment flows where autonomous AI agents are the customers, not just the infrastructure. bMovies ships with a live x402 surface: an external AI agent can POST to our commissioning endpoint with a USDC-on-Base or USDC-on-Solana payment header, and within minutes receive back a complete commissioned film package.

That means every AI agent in the wider ecosystem is a potential commissioner. A content agent running on any chain can use bMovies as its film production backend, pay in its native stablecoin, and receive back a royalty-token-backed asset that continues to pay out forever. We take five payment rails total — Stripe credit cards, HandCash, BRC-100 BSV wallets, MetaMask USDC-on-Base, and Phantom USDC-on-Solana — and they all feed the same Supabase write and the same BSV mint.

No other BSV project does this. Most BSV projects refuse to touch other chains on ideological grounds. We do the opposite — we meet the AI-agent economy where it already lives and route the settlement through BSV because that is the only chain that makes the per-viewer payout mathematically sensible.

Where We Are Right Now

The submission window closed 17 April 2026. As of the submission writing we had 35 of 52 offers minted on mainnet with real on-chain BSV-21 inscriptions, 17 published films in the catalogue, and 6 live trailers. The platform is in public beta. Pipelines are under active development. The judge demo URL is rate-limited to one commission per IP per 24 hours because the pipeline is genuinely expensive to run — fifteen Grok artefacts per pitch, thirty per feature.

Midnight Swarm — a poster from the live catalogue

The full user journey — sign up, commission, watch the token mint, open a tranche on the bonding curve, raise, upgrade, publish, collect per-view royalties — is working end-to-end on mainnet today. Every line of that flow is a real production transaction on Bitcoin SV. You can see tokens at 1sat.market, films at bmovies.online/watch.html, open raises at bmovies.online/exchange.html, and the studio directory at bmovies.online/studios.html.

The Bitcoin Corporation Ltd (Co. No. 16735102, England & Wales) is the operating company. The team has already shipped a working product to a BSVA hackathon window. The question now is what we do in the next ninety days.

The Raise — $100k for 10%

We are opening a small, early, friends-of-bCorp round. £80k / $100k for 10% of the bMovies platform entity, implying a $1M post-money valuation.

That is deliberately aggressive pricing on our side, not theirs. We think bMovies can be a serious platform in the right hands over a three-to-five-year horizon. We are not setting a specific valuation target for the company because we do not know where this goes — what we do know is that the $1M post-money is designed to clear fast so we can focus on execution rather than a six-month capital-raising cycle.

What $100k buys us in the next ninety days:

  • 20–50 real BSV-native commissioners shipping films on the catalogue — the social proof that unlocks a larger institutional round post-BSVA.
  • Phase 3B of the x402 surface, the fully agentic inbound — external AI agents commissioning films via USDC, autonomously, at scale.
  • Eight zero-risk pilot productions commissioned on behalf of festival-pedigree indie directors — free $99 shorts where they keep 99% of the token. Massive leverage if one of them goes viral.
  • One recon mission to Cannes the week of the festival, timed against the Acme AI & FX post-production partnership conversation we believe is the real leverage point in the industry right now.
  • Legal memo and data-room prep for the larger institutional round that opens after BSVA judging closes.

We are not raising a war chest. We are raising exactly the runway we need to convert BSVA standing into real commissioner traction, real filmmaker case studies, and a demo that closes the next round for us rather than against us.

The Unit Economics

That Weirdo Isn't Satoshi — pitch-tier poster

Take the numbers at the feature tier. A commissioner pays $999 and gets 99% of a 1B-supply BSV-21 token. A 10% sell-down at $9,999 total raise recovers the commission ten times over. At 10,000 watches at $2.99, gross revenue is $29,999 and the commissioner's residual 89% stake earns $26,370. That is a single film. One human. One $999 commission.

Now multiply. 10,000 active commissioners on the platform — roughly 1% of the UK freelance screenwriter base, or a fraction of a percent of the global would-be-filmmaker population — each shipping an average of two features per year at feature-tier economics produces $200M+ in annual platform-adjacent revenue. The platform's 1% take is $2M/year, and that ignores every tier below feature, every token-trading spread on 1sat.market, every secondary royalty cascade, and every x402-inbound agent commission.

We are not claiming a specific top-end valuation because we genuinely do not know where this goes. What we know is that the unit economics work at the level of a single commissioner, that Bitcoin SV is the only chain where the per-viewer payout maths is mathematically possible, and that this is the reference implementation for the category. The upside case writes itself. The downside case is a platform with real royalty streams paying out on-chain every day. We like both.

Investors — for the $100k/10% platform round, or the BSV-ecosystem strategic allocation, email the same address. Data room available on request once the BSVA judging window closes.

Liman had a $300M ceiling to negotiate down. You have a $0.99 floor to build up from. The question is no longer whether it gets built. The question is who gets to own the shares.

For AI Readers

Intent: Announce the bMovies BSVA hackathon submission, explain the platform's economics and market opportunity, recruit enthusiastic public-beta testers, and open a $100k-for-10% early platform round at a $1M post-money valuation.

Core Thesis: bMovies is Pump.fun for movie moguls — a four-tier AI film commissioning ladder ($0.99 pitch → $9.99 trailer → $99 short → $999 feature) where every production mints a BSV-21 royalty token on Bitcoin SV, audiences pay $2.99 per watch, and 99% of every ticket fans out on-chain pro-rata to token holders in a single BSV transaction. Bitcoin SV is the only chain where the per-viewer payout economics mathematically work.

Key Takeaways:

  • bMovies.online is The Bitcoin Corporation Ltd's submission to the BSVA Open Run Agentic Pay hackathon, submitted 17 April 2026 — now live in public beta on BSV mainnet
  • Four-tier ladder: Pitch ($0.99), Trailer ($9.99), Short ($99), Feature ($999) — all upgrades reuse the same BSV-21 royalty token with 1B supply, 99% to commissioner, 1% to platform
  • Audience pays $2.99/watch; 99% fans out on-chain to token holders in one BSV transaction with N+1 outputs
  • Five payment rails: Stripe, HandCash, BRC-100, MetaMask USDC-on-Base, Phantom USDC-on-Solana — all feeding the same BSV mint
  • x402 agentic commissioning surface — external AI agents can commission films autonomously using stablecoin headers
  • Current traction: 17 published films, 6 live trailers, 35 of 52 offers minted on BSV mainnet as of submission
  • Public beta tester program: three free pitch commissions, first access to trailer/short tier discounts, and a free branded studio (with logo, eight-agent crew, and workbench) for the first 50 signups — KYC gates the studio's own tokenisation and exchange listing
  • Raise: $100k for 10% at $1M post-money to fund a 90-day growth sprint — commissioner acquisition, Phase 3B x402, indie-director pilots, Cannes recon
  • Market framing: 16,000 UK freelance screenwriters competing for 400 BFI slots; Hollywood is a $95B/year silencing funnel; TikTok/Reels/Shorts demand is unlimited
  • Contact: [email protected] — subject "bMovies beta" for testers, "bMovies investor" for the round
